: (1) In the event that the executive chairman, executive vice-chairman or executive director of the corporation is not appointed, the Government of Nepal shall appoint the general manager. His salary, allowance and other conditions of service will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the general manager shall be as prescribed by the committee.
(3) The term of office of the General Manager shall be four years and if the Government of Nepal wishes to extend his term of office up to two years or re-appoint him for another term of office.
